SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

Our Shipping Policy:

Complimentary shipping on all standard orders within the United States. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, JS requires that someone be present at the delivery address to receive the package upon arrival. JS does not ship orders to post office boxes.

Please allow up to 3 weeks for orders to be shipped. We will keep you updated due to having to manufacture it when orders are placed. Feel safe your order is always in good hands.

You will receive an email when your package ships along with the necessary Tracking Number.  If you require Saturday delivery, please contact us with your order number to confirm. We do not provide Sunday and holiday delivery.

Return Policy:

Since all sales are final. we do not accept refunds or exchanges.

Lost or Damaged Shipments:

While we do not accept returns, we understand that unforeseen logistic issues can occur. If your product is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us via email.
